Congratulations on making this commitment to yourself and your life! Your 11-month coaching package includes:

• A complimentary 45-minute sample session/initial conversation to see if coaching is right for you, right now, and if we’re a good fit

• 1 x 75-minute foundational session to establish our alliance and your coaching agenda

• 2 x 50-minute OR 3 x 30-minute coaching sessions per month

• Text and email support between sessions

• When the coaching arc is complete, a 50-minute completion and celebration session, to reflect on your progress, lock in your learning, celebrate your growth and point you toward what’s next

Total package investment: $4200 to $5600 CAD

Deposit of $500 CAD will secure your coaching package.

Additional invoices will be sent monthly for remaining amount once finalized.
