The solo program consists of 7 x 50-minute 1:1 sessions to work through the program curriculum, and apply it to your unique experience. You’ll receive the same resources, worksheets and content of the group program.

To participate in the solo program, choose either a single payment ($1500 CAD) or monthly payment ($500) (+ GST/HST where applicable). If you choose the monthly option, you will be billed for only the first month at this time; I will send invoices in subsequent months for the remaining payments.

If you prefer to pay by e-transfer (Canadian clients), please contact me to be invoiced and arrange payment.
