I LOVE retreats, both self-directed and facilitated, solitary and in community.

I try to go on both multi-day solitary retreats at least once per year, and several shorter, partial-day retreats each month for various reasons (to accomplish work, to rest, to think...).

As someone who thrives on alone time, solo retreats are a critical form of sustainment for me. They provide the "filling up" time so I can "pour out" for my clients, my family, my friends and community. Retreats have become non-negotiable to my self-care. And, I love the sacredness of a group of people coming together for intentional time, in community — the shared experience that happens only during that time and only in that place with that unique group of people.

It is my honour to support others by holding space, facilitating and designing retreats so they can experience the magic of retreating…alone and in community.

Throughout the year the team at Spiral Leadership offers retreats in beautiful natural settings, including the lush and wild Lopez Island in the Pacific Northwest and the grounding, open landscape of BC’s Okanagan. The content of each retreat is deeply integrated with the natural beauty of the land. We spend much of our time outdoors to deepen our connection with the earth.

Each retreat focuses on one of the components of Spiral way: attunement, resonant field and daring to share. The beauty of the Spiral way is the ability to access any part of it at any point. There is no recommended order to the retreats nor do you need to take all three.
